When beginning Youthful Essence you use the microdermabrasion Resurfacing Cream 2-4 minutes a day for 4-5 days in a row for the first week. A warning to some people with sensitive skin may need to reduce the time and frequency of the exfoliation treatments to avoid irritation. For the second week you let your skin rest allowing its natural glow come through.
