was created by cardiologist Dr. Agatston to help reduce the cholesterol

After the first two weeks you begin phase two where you steadily

Once you hit your goal you enter phase three. Phase three is designed
to last for life based on the newly learned eating habits. Here
you are allowed even more foods then phase two and even allows room
for the occasional indulgences.
