24/7 Pencils – 4 New Shades from Urban Decay

Urban Decay is famous for their wide array of colors for just about every item they create, so it’s no surprise they have just come out with 4 brand new colors of their popular 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencils. The new colors are more traditional, darker eyeliner shades than the bright and glittery early colors, they include: Binge (midnight blue), Mildew (dark forest green), Oil Slick (black with silver sparkles), & Crash (deep purple-maroon).Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Pencils

I am personally super excited for these colors because although I love many of the current colors like Zero (black) and Bourbon (a dark, sparkly brown), for me most of the other colors were too light and funky for everyday life.

This is by far my favorite eyeliner yet, and I consider myself to be pretty eyeliner savvy. I hardly ever leave the house without it, so I am always trying out new kinds and different products to help keep it in place as long as possible. Before I tried the 24/7 pencils, gel-eyeliner pots were my #1 because of the ease of application. The only real downside to the pots was that they just weren’t practical for touch-ups and travel. So for me the 24/7 pencils is the perfect combination of a gel liner in a pencil-form, easy to use anywhere anytime. Although I wouldn’t say they are exactly 100% ‘waterproof’, they definitely stay put from morning to night. The liner glides on super-smooth, and is not cakey or dry, like many eye pencils that can be uncomfortable or even painful to apply and end up looking uneven.

My only complaint is that I wish they were a little bit longer so they would last longer, you end up having to sharpen them quite often. Basically, I love these pencils and adore the new colors! Again a great job by Urban Decay!
