Lipozene Diet Review:
Big Claims
About Lipozene:
Lipozene is a weight-loss pill created by the Obesity Research Institute.
Lipozene claims to melt away body fat allowing you to lose pounds
of fat without exercising or significantly changing your routine.
These are pretty big claims and we wanted to find out what is in this
“magic pill”, and if it really works.
How it Works:
Lipozene’s key ingredient is glucomannan which is a water-soluble
polysaccharide derived from the konjac root. It is considered a
dietary fiber and creates the feeling of fullness by absorbing water
in the digestive system and creating a gel like substance. Several
clinical studies have shown that when taken an hour before meals
obese patients lost a substantial amount of weight. Glucomannan
has also been proven to reduce LDL cholesterol, blood lipid and
blood sugar levels.
Since this pill makes you feel full faster, you logically will
eat less food without being hungry. Lipozene also keeps food in
the stomach for a longer duration which prevents blood sugar levels
from rising too high after meals. Many people, especially heavily
overweight individuals have claimed to have lost significant weight
using Lipozene while not dieting or dramatically changing their
eating habits.
Conclusions:
Most Americans are believed to only eat about half of the recommended
amount of fiber needed a day. Lipozene can be an easy way for people
to make up for that fiber deficiency and also promote weight loss.
We think it is important to mention though that glucomannan has
the ability to block the absorption of some nutrients in the body,
so when taking Lipozene you should consider taking a good multivitamin.
